By creating an account and using Astrohelps, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Astrohelps is an AI-assisted astrological interpretation platform. Reports are generated by large language models (LLMs) based on the astrological data you provide.

Important: Astrological interpretations provided by Astrohelps are for entertainment and personal exploration only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice and should not be treated as such. Do not make important decisions based solely on content generated by the platform.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials
You may not transfer your account to another person
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Credit System

The platform operates on a prepaid credits basis
Credits are consumed when generating each report, at the cost shown on the product page, but also with every additional question, at a variable but lower rate.
Credits do not expire

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Payment Processor, acting as Merchant of Record
Prices may vary by country (PPP — Purchasing Power Parity adjustment)
All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes

6. AI-Generated Content

Responses are automatically generated by AI models
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of interpretations for your specific situation
AstroHelps is not liable for decisions made based on generated content

7. Intellectual Property

Platform content (design, texts, code) is the property of Tincu Alexandru PFA
Reports generated for you belong to you; you may use them personally but not commercially without written agreement

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
Use the platform to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain the platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or update the service without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Romanian law, Tincu Alexandru PFA is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
