Refund Policy

1. General Principles

Astrohelps operates on a prepaid credits basis. We understand that things don't always go as expected and we want to be fair with you.


2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of purchase, except for digital content delivered immediately with the customer's explicit consent.

Practical consequence:

  • If you purchased credits and have not generated any reports, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • If you have consumed credits (generated reports), the credits used are non-refundable — the digital content has been delivered and consumed

3. Unused Credits

If you have unused credits and wish to close your account, you may request a refund within 14 days of your last purchase. Later requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


4. Exceptions — When We Don't Offer Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Consumed credits (reports already generated)
  • Purchases older than 30 days
  • Accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service

5. Technical Issues

If a report was not correctly generated due to a technical error on our platform and credits were debited, the credits will be returned automatically or upon request. As a rule, credits are debited after the answer is generated. Contact us at [email protected] with details.


6. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  1. Your account's email address
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Reason for the request

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
