- Astrological profile data — name, birth date, birth time, birth location
- Usage data — conversation history with AI, generated reports
- Payment data — processed exclusively by Whop; we do not store your card details
- Technical data — session data, cookies

4. Who Else Receives Your Data
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Whop — payment processor; billing data is handled under Whop's privacy policy
- AI providers (Google, OpenAI) — profile data (only first name, birth chart data) may be included in prompts when generating interpretations; these providers cannot identify individuals just by their first name.
- Infrastructure providers — servers hosted in the EU
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Account and conversation data — until account or reports deletion
- Billing data — 10 years (legal obligation under Romanian tax law)
- Analytics cookies — according to your browser settings
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and restriction of processing. Send requests to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
