This document establishes the terms and conditions under which you may use the AstroHelps platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Site" or "Platform"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please cease using the Site.
1. Operator Information
The AstroHelps platform is operated by Alex Tincu PFA (or the legal entity associated with the AstroHelps brand), based in Romania. You can contact us at the following email address: info@astrohelps.com.
2. Description of Services
AstroHelps provides astrological analysis and interpretation services using Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms. Users can purchase "Credits" to access various types of interpretations (natal, karmic, relationship charts, etc.).
Important Note: The interpretations provided are for informational, educational, entertainment, or spiritual guidance purposes. They DO NOT constitute professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Users are solely responsible for the decisions made following the consultation of information on the Site.
3. Registration and User Account
To use certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or through social authentication (Google, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access data and for all activities occurring under your account.
4. Credit System and Payments
- Accessing interpretations is done on a credit basis.
- Credits can be purchased through pricing packages displayed on the Site.
- Purchasing Power Parity (PPP): Our pricing system is adjusted based on Purchasing Power Parity. This means that prices may vary depending on the user's country of residence to ensure fair and accessible global access to our services.
- Payments are securely processed through our partner, Paddle.
- Prices include all applicable taxes in accordance with current legislation.
5. Intellectual Property
The entire content of the Site (texts, logos, software, algorithms) is the property of AstroHelps or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Copying, reproducing, or distributing the content without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
AstroHelps does not guarantee 100% accuracy of the AI interpretations, as they are the result of processing astrological data through language models. We assume no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of the Site.
7. Privacy and Refund Policy
The use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are an integral part of these Terms.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably or, otherwise, by the competent courts of law.
