Thank you for choosing AstroHelps. We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience; however, we understand that situations may arise where you might request a refund.
1. Digital Services and Credits
AstroHelps provides digital goods in the form of credits for AI-generated astrological interpretations. Due to the digital nature of these products, once a credit has been consumed to generate an interpretation, it is non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund in the following specific cases:
- Unused Credits: If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any credits from it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- System/Technical Errors: If you attempted to use a credit but the platform failed to provide a result due to a technical error confirmed by our team, the credit will be restored to your account..
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at info@astrohelps.com or via the contact form on the site, providing your Transaction ID and the reason for your request.
Refund requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Funds will be returned via the same payment method used for the original purchase (usually through our payment processor, Paddle).
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The generated interpretation does not meet the user's subjective expectations (AI results are interpretations based on the data provided).
- The user provided incorrect birth data.
- The user's account was suspended for violating the Terms and Conditions.
